Equites Park Rugby is located in a prime logistics location adjacent to the J1, M6 motorway.  

Newlands have secured detailed planning permission for a single unit of 250,000 sq ft. 

Equites Park Nottingham is located less than 1 mile from junction 1 of the A50 and less than 2 miles from junction 24a of the M1 Motorway.

Outline planning permission has been secured for 850,000 sq ft of logistics space.  Newlands have submitted a reserved matters planning application for a four unit scheme, with units ranging from 100,000 – 450,000 sq ft

Located at Junction 13 of the A14 and to the east of the existing Haldens Parkway Industrial Estate at Thrapston. The plans for the site has capacity to accommodate 2m sq ft of industrial and logistics warehouse space.

Equites Park A1 West (North) is a 220 acre site adjacent to junction 17 of the A1M.

The land is currently being promoted through the new Local Plan process with Huntingdonshire District Council.

Equites Park A1 West South is a 150 acre site adjacent to junction 17 of the A1M.

The land is currently being promoted through the new Local Plan process with Huntingdonshire District Council.

Equites Park Basingstoke is an 80 acre site that sits adjacent to junction 7 of the M3 motorway.

The site is being promoted through the new Local Plan and a new scheme of approximately 1m sq.ft is currently being consulted on and will be submitted in the summer of 2023.

Equites Park Cambridge is a 220 acre site adjacent to the new Boxworth Interchange on the A14, 6 miles west of Cambridge.

A planning application for circa 1m sq ft is being prepared for submission in 2023. 

Equites Park Northampton is located immediately adjacent to junction 16 of the M1 Motorway, some 6 miles west of Northampton.

Newlands are promoting the land through the West Northamptonshire Local Plan. The site is able to accommodate 1.3 million sq ft of industrial and logistics warehouse space.

Equites Park Goldthorpe is located adjacent to the A635, 5 miles  west of J37 of the A1 motorway. 

The site is allocated for employment uses within Barnsley’s Local Plan. Newlands will be submitting an outline planning application for 2.2m sq ft in 2023.
