Newlands Developments was founded in November 2018 by the former senior management team of Roxhill Developments.

Over the last ten years the management team has delivered in excess of 20 million sq ft of logistics space for a number of multinational companies including DHL, Howdens, Nestle, H&M, DPD, DSV, Kuehne & Nagel, Amazon, Evri and others. Many of these have been repeat customers.

Newlands is considered one of the market leading logistics developers and has built up a strong reputation in the industry for delivering high quality developments for its customers as well as successfully taking a number of high profile, complex schemes through the planning process and delivering large scale infrastructure improvements.

In July 2024 Newlands Developments partnered with Forum Partners to acquire the remaining interest in the Development Platform from Equites Property Group.

Newlands Developments is a joint venture between Newlands Management and Forum Partners. Forum Partners global investments span North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region and are executed by strategically positioned offices in each market. Forum invests with capital partners via a range of collaboration and outlook including market specific as well as regional geographies, co-invested and discretionary funds, specific unilateral mandates and non-discretionary limited partnerships. Forum Partners was founded on the believe that a successful real estate investment takes more than a good piece of real estate; it requires an experienced management team, along with the alignment of interest among all key stakeholders.

Forum was one of the original investors in Roxhill Developments, managements previous very successful Development Business which was sold to Segro in 2018. The partnership with Forum provides Newlands with access to multiple capital partners to enable it to acquire land and fund development opportunities off balance sheet. The joint venture will allow Newlands to continue to grow its pipeline of development opportunities and bring forward in excess of £3.00bn of gross development value.
