Investment in apprenticeships for Local People

The contractor supported six apprentices from a range of providers during the construction phase, including securing an apprenticeship for a Newport Pagnell resident.

A standout success story is Issac, a Newport Pagnell local who first joined the site for work experience while studying at Ousedale Sixth Form College. His talent and commitment led to a full-time role with the team, where he is now completing a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying at Anglia Ruskin University.

Living just a short distance from the project site, Issac will continue his apprenticeship with the main contractor on future projects an excellent example of creating lasting opportunities for local people.
