Peterborough Gateway is a prime logistics park at J17 of the A1(M) comprising over 4.5m sq ft of B2 and B8 development.

In 2020 Newlands were selected by Amazon to develop one of their latest logistics buildings. Working closely with Amazon, the Newlands team and consultants designed and procured a state of the art 150,000 sq ft including a bespoke 3 storey van deck for their new electric fleet of 847 vans.
