Arrow Park Barnsley is located immediately adjacent to junction 36 of the M1 motorway south of Barnsley. Developed as a second phase, the site has undergone a impressive transformation with the development of the Evri building and a new Hoyland West link road.

Funded by Arrow Capital Partners, Newlands have developed two speculative units of 186,000 sq ft and 265,000 sq ft. The units are both available for immediate occupation, with construction having completed January 2023.

Newlands developed the building to a high specification, “going beyond” with sustainability initiatives, including: 10% biodiversity net gain, EV charging, BREEAM Excellent and Carbon Net Zero."
