Newlands Developments secured detailed planning consent for 250,000 sq ft logistics facility at Coton Park, Rugby.

Funded by JINGDONG Property, Newlands have completed construction on a market-leading facility achieving EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent standards. The development incorporates Biodiversity Net Gain, on-site habitat creation, and contributions to local infrastructure, including cycling initiatives.
